CIC Australia now has two generous offers in place designed to help purchasers at The Ambassador make the transition from an existing home.

Rental Return Boost – two-bedroom apartments

If you'd like to secure an apartment at The Ambassador but you're not quite ready to move in, CIC is offering a rental boost for up to two years to give you the time to line up your move. CIC will provide a fixed dollar top-up to your rental return (calculated on an average of $650 per apartment per week) to secure an estimated 7% gross return on the purchase price of your two-bedroom Ambassador apartment over two years. On a $795,000 apartment, for example, this would equate to a $43,700 top-up on your rent. This offer applies to two bedroom apartments only.

Bridging Finance – penthouses

You may want to take some time to prepare your existing home for sale and to sell at an advantageous time, but with so few opportunities remaining at The Ambassador, this may prejudice your chances of obtaining the penthouse of your choice. That's why we are prepared to cover the cost of bridging finance interest capped at 7% of the purchase price of your apartment, for a period of 12 months. This offer applies to penthouses only.

Here's another idea

Consider purchasing an apartment as an asset within your Self-Managed Superannuation Fund. Concessional rates of tax apply within superannuation, including no tax on capital gains if the property is sold during the pension draw down phase.
