Construction update

The Ambassador apartments are really beginning to take shape. The basement level has been completed and the ground floors are well underway.
If you have driven past lately you will have noticed the tower crane in place and seen the external structure of Building One rising up. The ground floor of Building One has been poured and in the coming weeks, all other ground floor slabs will be formed and the structures of the remaining three buildings will commence.
This external structure is made from pre-finished pre-cast concrete panels formed off-site, delivered as required and lifted into place with the tower crane, lending strength and form to the building. The process is extremely efficient, and you will see all buildings emerging rapidly from the ground.
Building completion is on track for the estimated delivery of December 2010.
Our display suite is open Wednesday to Sunday 11am – 3pm or by appointment and includes a full display kitchen, master bedroom and ensuite for your consideration.
