$1.1m Deakin shops revamp underway

A significant revamp to the Deakin Shops including new seats, tables, bike racks, new lighting to increase security, landscaping, paving, stormwater management, public artworks and more is well underway. Works are due for completion by mid 2010 and will provide a well timed face lift for residents of the adjacent The Ambassador apartments.
Construction of The Ambassador continues to progress well with all four towers well under construction. The basement, ground floor, and levels 1 and 2 are structurally completed, and work on level three is commencing.
Sales are also progressing well with 70% of the apartments sold.
Our display suite is open Wednesday to Sunday 11am – 5pm or by appointment (see below) and includes a full display kitchen, master bedroom and ensuite for your consideration.
